The Macau Talent Development Society visits the Macau Construction Association
On the evening of the 11th February, the President of the Macau Talent Development Society, Gao Junhui, Vice President Jiang Zijian, and Chairman Feng Qixiang, along with other members of the society, visited the Youth Committee of the Macau Construction Association and were received by Director Lai Meng San, and Vice Directors Luo Shaocong, Leong Meng Hou, and Li Pengfei.
Lai Meng San and the Secretary of the Youth Committee of the Macau Construction Association, Dai Haoyuan, highlighted the committee's work over the past two years, including active communication and collaboration with government departments to organize events, promoting the prospects and advantages of Macau's construction industry and engineering sector among various universities, and making efforts to cultivate a new generation of young talents for the local construction industry in Macau.
Gao Junhui and Feng Qixiang introduced the work of their society in talent development, and the various academic research, lectures, sharing sessions, and seminars organized in recent years to provide assistance to young talents in promoting professional development and improving the overall talent environment in Macau.
During the meeting, both sides discussed issues such as professional certification and talent cultivation in the construction and engineering sectors. They hoped to strengthen communication and cooperation between the two organizations in the future and contribute to the development of Macau.
